Overview of Current Activities:
Issuing energy certificates on behalf
of the Upper Austrian government (3000 per year).
Energy advice and auditing for private households and
SMEs (6000 cases/year).
Running an "energy hotline".
Disseminating information on energy issues to experts
and the general public: - organizing and hosting
conferences, workshops, and trade fairs - running
training courses, market studies, media campaigns -
writing and sponsoring studies, brochures and other
publications - distributing informational material about
energy technology.
Coordination and implementation of EU projects (e.g.
THERMIE, SYNERGY, PERU, SAVE, ALTENER programmes).
Operating the Energy Centre Bratislava.
Developing and implementing energy plans for
municipalities and regions.
Training energy advisors and other professional
specialists.
Producing expert opinions for the government and the
public administration.
Geographical Coverage: EU, Central and Eastern European
Countries, worldwide.
