Overview of Current Activities:
Assists regional and local
decision-makers and planners; also provides consulting
services to international and national organizations.
Areas of technical expertise include energy planning,
energy technology assessment, environmental impact
analysis, and transport planning; has undertaken
projects throughout Western, Central and Eastern Europe,
and Latin America.
Devotes ninety percent of efforts to energy planning and
energy technologies; has helped develop an energy plan
for Berlin and has studied the influence of rational use
of energy and new technologies on future energy demand
in the Czech Republic.
Maintains a staff of energy economists, environmental
engineers, transportation planners and technology
experts; works with public and private contractors.
